I love Bryan Easler Toyota, but this visit was frustrating. I had an appt for new tires and an inspection. Was told it would be about 2.5 hours. I had to wait there and was fine with that until th frustrating. I had an appt for new tires and an inspection. Was told it would be about 2.5 hours. I had to wait there and was fine with that until the 3 hour mark when I checked on the progress. I was told it would be 20 more minutes. 40 minutes later I went to check and it was ready. I guess nobody told me (and it also never said “ready” on the app I was sent to check on progress. I guess since my advisor had gone to lunch nobody else filled in for her. So, nearly 4 hours of waiting….1.5 hours longer than I had planned for. I paid and got home and the app still showed my car was in progress. Not sure what the point of that is. More

The services were good and the warranty items were taken care of. It did take longer than expected because they had to fix additional warranty items. I bought a lot of cars over the years and now I own my first Toyota I went for an oil change and they showed me a video of what the mechanics been doing. I was very impressed.
