I had talked with Chris at this dealership, looking for a trade value for my 2016 GMC Sierra SLT All Terrain, against a 2020 GMC Sierra SLT that I was extremely interested in. I live about 187 miles away (s trade value for my 2016 GMC Sierra SLT All Terrain, against a 2020 GMC Sierra SLT that I was extremely interested in. I live about 187 miles away (saw the add on Autotrader.com). I gave Chris my VIN for my truck, he met with a manager, and they agreed on $33k ... pending seeing it for real. My truck is "Very Good" and that is being conservative ... When I got there, they low balled me with a trade of $30k. After some heated discussion, they did come up a bit, but we were still $1k off. I told them I was willing to pay their asking price for their truck and wanted a fair trade-in for mine - Apples to Apples ... I finally told them I wasn't playing their game and walked out the door and drove 187 miles back home. I am totally upset that they couldn't have been honest the night before and told me no way on $33K ... I wouldn't have wasted a day off from work, almost 400 miles, and lots of gas. I will NOT ever recommend this dealership ... Beware!! More

Beware. This dealership will do whatever they can to get a dollar out of you. They convinced me to spend the money on the extended warranty on my truck but w This dealership will do whatever they can to get a dollar out of you. They convinced me to spend the money on the extended warranty on my truck but when my transmission first began to slip and show signs that it would need a rebuild they assured me that a “flush and fill” of transmission fluid would fix the issue. Fast forward to being JUST over my warranty mileage, SURPRISE… my transmission needs to be replaced and they are right there ready to take the $5,000 from me. When I explained how this should have been addressed last time I brought it in the service manager said to me “what would you have wanted me to do back then it wasn’t under warranty….” Are you KIDDING me?! I am so extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership. I’m sorry I ever gave even 1 cent; I will never give them another penny.. More

This is a bait and switch dealer. Be wary. Looked at a vehicle and had verbal agreement to return the next day to purchase. The salesman said they won't "hold". Fine - not sure Be wary. We made arrangements to leave work early the next day to buy the vehicle. The next day had communication with the salesperson who said he'd have the vehicle clean and ready for us when we arrived. Had comms during the day to make sure things were on track. We arrived at the agreed upon time. "Oh, we sold that vehicle 4 minutes ago." Seriously? And then tried to sell us on a different higher priced one. Seriously? More
Today i went to purchase a vehicle and was very upset with the experience. For starters this dealer knew earlier this week i was coming to look at the vehicle yet they didn't clean it or service it. Apon with the experience. For starters this dealer knew earlier this week i was coming to look at the vehicle yet they didn't clean it or service it. Apon arrival the oil life was 60% and air filter was 20% (According to the vehicles onboard monitoring) I was also very disappointed with the condition of the truck. In the pictures, it looked flawless but this was because they avoided taking pictures where heavy damage/scratches were. There was compound left all in the tailgate, it was a mess. HOWEVER, what was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. My sales rep (Jose Cancel) continuously said he didn't want to pressure me into buying the vehicle however when i informed him i wanted to go get lunch to think about the offer, i was told i could not leave otherwise the deal was off the table. I once again let him know i needed time to think about it (Because of the hidden damage i did not know was there) At this point the finance manager came out and told us "there is nothing to think about im done" and that my trade in was unwelcome here. I drove almost 2 hours to see a truck that looked nothing like the pictures and to be told my trade wasn't welcome. I get a new car every other year and this was by far the worst experience at a dealership i have ever had. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! More
