Rude and disrespectful sums up Joe Perry. Went to look at a specific car with my friend and was pushed to look at two other cars instead. That was totally fine, I appreciated the options. It Went to look at a specific car with my friend and was pushed to look at two other cars instead. That was totally fine, I appreciated the options. It was the consistently snarky, crappy comments that pushed me past the point of return with wanting to do business there. When asked how much I could pay a month I gave him an approximate number and he said he could work with me, which he did. But by the third rude comment I didn’t care what he was offering for what price and just wanted to leave. When showing me a car, he asked me and my friend to test drive it. As soon as we got into the car he said “are you good with the payment? Because if not you don’t even need to test drive it”. Which is rude enough but at that point I was so done with his attitude that I didn’t even want to be there and was only test driving it to get him off my back so I could then politely leave. It got worse from there. We kept telling him we wanted to think about the car and sleep on it as it is a big purchase and we want to be SURE this is the right car for us. Honestly, I liked the car a lot but I refused to even entertain the purchase as Joe couldn’t seem to keep his random crappy comments to himself. I’m not going to give a sale to someone who is treating me poorly. From there he insisted that we came to purchase a car and knew we would have to make payments so why weren’t we purchasing it and what was there to sleep on. It ended with us shaking his hand saying we would call him tomorrow and him saying “I’ll never see you again I’m sure, have a good night!” At the end of the day I felt that if he was going to be this rude to me when trying to sell me a car then I can’t trust him with the sale and anything from there. I have been looking for a specific vehicle for months now, I finally found one at Brustolon. The car was PERFECT and the sales team is very accommodating and professional. Absolutely no games, including now, I finally found one at Brustolon. The car was PERFECT and the sales team is very accommodating and professional. Absolutely no games, including the price of the vehicle. The car was priced well below KBB and I was in and out in about two hours! Best car buying experience I have ever had. It goes without saying that I will be doing all of my future business with the family owned dealership! More
Worst experience ever! Rude, nasty, very unfriendly, uncooperative. Would not recommend this dealership ever! Saleman never introduced himself, never gave us his card. We w Rude, nasty, very unfriendly, uncooperative. Would not recommend this dealership ever! Saleman never introduced himself, never gave us his card. We walked in and first thing he said (rudely) was' Do you have an appointment?' Not evern a HI How are you, how can I help... I then asked to test drive a vehicle. After that I asked to test drive a different vehicle to do a comparison. Salesman seemed annoyed and asked why I wanted to drive the 2nd one. I told him because I always wanted that vehicle and it was here so I could compare the 2. I did get to drive it. We liked the 1st car so we told him we'd like to talk about purchasing it and when we gave him our offer he sat back in his chair and said 'we don't negotiate'. I said 'what dealer doesn't negotiate on a price'? He said 'we don't' -with a nasty tone. We basically argued with him to go ask the GM about our offer and he refused. So, we walked out. He didn't say anything to us or ask us to wait. The only reason I know his name is because in his little cubicle he had a certificate on the wall with his name on it. The next day I called and asked for the GM but was told he was in a meeting so I spoke to a Sales Manager. He was nicer and apologized for the way we were treated. I gave him my offer and he said they really don't negotiate much because they price the vehicles well. He did say he would check though and call me back. He never did. The next day I called him and he said the price was the sticker price. I asked why he never called me he said 'I was very busy and it's on my list to do'. Really? This is how you sell a interested person a vehicle? So, he was actually no better to deal with after all. We went elsewhere and got a wonderful salesman at a super dealership. I am so glad I didn't end up buying from this dealership. They are the worst!!!!!!! No stars should be an option! More
Every time I look at the horrendous job they did repairing my car I feel the need to write another review of this disreputable sham of a business "Satisfaction guaranteed" was the first lie they tol repairing my car I feel the need to write another review of this disreputable sham of a business "Satisfaction guaranteed" was the first lie they told me and "We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to amend the situation, so please contact me directly." was the last lie they told me. If I could give them less than one star I would have. They attempted a simple repair and couldn't even handle that. I specifically requested OEM parts and they used an aftermarket front piece. The color was two shades darker blue than the car. The part looks like it was installed by someone that clearly did not know what he was doing. Both the right and left side seam overlapped at the top and underlapped at the bottom. Quite a feat when the seam is less than a foot long. The gap between the front piece and the hood was three times as wide as the original. They refuse to man up and correct their mistake. I left the car with them asked them to put on a real Factory part and to do it correctly. They said they would and also take care of the rental. They did not. The rental company told me they were never contacted. They told me they talked to my insurance company. They did not. They told me my insurance company (the one they did not contact) wants me to accept the repairs and to come and pick up the vehicle. As I said, the insurance company was never contacted by them. They have had my vehicle for three weeks now and so far have refused to correct their mistake. "STAY AWAY FROM BRUSTOLON". They will lie to you at every opportunity, they will do substandard work and refuse to correct major mistakes. Worst experience I have had with any repair shop. Thank you for responding with a telephone number that’s a automated directory that doesn’t list you. It’s been a week since I sent you an email. No response. I can imagine where my email went. Your response is nothing but lip service to make it appear like you would like to take care of the horrendous job you inflicted on my vehicle. Your nothing but a bunch of crooks. More
This dealership has been terrible to deal with and no stars should be an option. I called the location to introduce myself and let them know my intent on buying the Tahoe on their lot and leaving the stars should be an option. I called the location to introduce myself and let them know my intent on buying the Tahoe on their lot and leaving the same day. Informed the the dealership of my arrival time and took time off from work to drive 1.25 hours away. Arrive and the car has not even gone through service after finding the car has been at the dealership for 6 days. Drive the car and it has a death shake, requested to see the car on the lift to see the undercarriage, told it is an insurance policy not to let customers go in service department. I am brought out back with Arvy who is the shadiest salesman i have seen in a while but i respectthat he doesn'thide it. Service assures me the magnaride is not leaking as i can only see the back struts. After going through all paperwork and adding the additional warranty i am told the car needs brakes all the way around and the car could be picked up tomorrow even after requesting i could leave with car the same day. Fast forward to the next day and wife picks up car, brought to my mechanic where you guest it the front magnaride is blown out, right turn signal does not work in mirror, gps is stuc in lake Ontario, phone charger on center counsel doesn't work, and the dvd entertainment center doesn't work and undercarriagehas the GM rust. When i call Arvy i am told they will look to see what the warranty will cover but they don't know. Also, the GM says the dvd entertainment isn't a safety issue so they will not concern themselves with the problem. Arvy asks me to wait until Monday to hear from him and no call comes , i call this morning and i am blown off by Chris H., because they are "trying" to get me a service appointment.
