Hello Brendan. Please reach out to me at any time. I have lost a lot of sleep over being taken advantage of at your dealership. Goes against everything I've read about the Casey family. If you'd like to make this right, you can replace the back two tires as promised, do an alignment and a fluid change at minimum. At best, you buy back the car for exactly what I paid except now it has a brand new transmission and a full set of new window tints. I don't want to post my number on line so if you email me privately I'll share it with you.

I appreciate your response. However, after being treated that way, I came home and looked up reviews on your dealership. The reviews from several different sites was not encouraging. Low ratings. I even looked up the BBB and your rating is 1.6 out of 5. Because of how I was treated and looking at other reviews My gut feeling was to not do business with you. I took my money and purchased the same vehicle with less mileage at a very good price elsewhere.

Unfortunately, i tried calling you today and was told by Chris H that i was overwhelming him with too many questions/requests. Chris H proceeded to tell me to "screw off!" before he hung up on me 3 times. I don't know which is worse, that i had to call to find out no one had a clue the car was supposed to be picked up/serviced today or that there were no notes about what needed to be fixed on the car. Your service team took over and Lisa was finally able to assist with having a car dropped off and the Tahoe picked up. Although she was not able to tell me what kind of car was being dropped off. Brendan, you should be happy to know your team found me the dirtiest car they could. I took a before video of the car i wish i could upload. To sum it up, if you care about your customer, i am sure you can walk to service and get my information to give me a call as I alreadyattemptedto get in contact with you. Again, Brustolon has not done anything to go above,let alone meet standards.
