Went in for a routine oil change. Service tech was friendly. Made a cup of coffee from the keurig in the waiting area and there was a hair in the cup. Had to throw the very hot and very full cup of coffee in the trash. Service was done in a timely manner and no issues. My only complaint, other than the hairy coffee, was they didn't wash my car. Usually they run it through the car wash before bringing it out. I was going to ask him about it, but he appeared to be the only person working the service department. More
