I have been going here for the last 4 years. I used to love bringing my Truck here. However the last year and half have been horrible. They will say they will call back, but never do. They tell you your car will be done one day but it has always been 1 or more days every time. And every time its because "they only have one person working that can handle the issue." They have told me on several different truck repairs they will order a part. Yet after waiting for over a month every time I call back and they have "no clue why the part wasn't order" much less call and give updates when the part will come in. Their parts/shop just has plane horrible service now. More

I will not be back. I was lied to about how much stock was left, lied to about what the deal was, was told zero down payments never happened (even on leases) and then wa I was lied to about how much stock was left, lied to about what the deal was, was told zero down payments never happened (even on leases) and then was asked why I became angry, after making two trips back-and-forth. The note I am writing Subaru is more detailed. I almost forgot: the $2,000 “market adjustment!” Huh? After the already absurd sticker price? Can’t believe Subaru is allowing this kind of business.
