Took 2 cars for service at mazda dealership. Neither car was fixed properly and both cars ended up going to different dealerships to get repaired. One fix was a starter that needed replaced, 2nd car was serviced multiple times under warranty only to have to take it to a new dealership to have been told original oil leak was not properly fixed and a clunking noise I was hearing there was in fact a TSB out on this exact issue. I was told perhaps my sunglasses were rattling around and that was the metal clunking noise I was hearing. I hope no one else ever has to go through so many loops to get a car repaired that was in fact actually never fixed. More

Fuel tank hadn't been filled, tire pressure was too high and not calibrated to the TPMS, and the small plastic film overlaying some displays & lights was still in place when I picked up my vehicle this time. But I'll continue to support them as the service department is always run very well. More
My dad was having a hard time even fiding a car at the Toyota dealership. The lease was up on our 2020 Lincoln Continental and so we were going to get a Camry hybrid. Problem is we had it on order for over 3 weeks and were told we might never get it. We decided to go to the Subaru dealer across the street and they had several Subaru Legacy cars. We test drove one and decided to get the Legacy. Glad we did. The salesman, Ramiz Abujaradeh, was excellent and really knew the answer to any questions we had. Even after the sale, Ramiz was extremely helpful in getting the tech heavy Legacy up and running for us. We love the new Subaru Legacy. We had two others in the past several years ago and the new version is so nuch nicer...full of tech and even a better ride than before. Leasing the new Legaccy was a very pleasant experience and most of that is because of Ramiz Abujaradeh, our salesman. We will be back for sure!!!!! More
