I bought my very first Subaru thanks to Janice. She was a great sales lady, very professional, but at the same time being heartwarming. I can't thank her enough for the excellent service. It's a big dealership and if you get there when it's busy there can be some waiting. That said, they are pleasant people to deal with. My salesman was Ravi P in the used car building. He was very helpful and is great at communicating with you. Whenever I had a question or problem I could text him and he would get right back to me with an answer. Make sure you decide if you want an extended warranty before you get there and what you want to pay for it. I always forget that part. I get surprised when, after you sign the deal on the price or the car, they ask if you want the extended warranty on the car. In my case it was an extra $1500 and they want a decision right away. This Mazda dealership is amazing. No pressure and so helpful! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out this dealership. No pressure and so helpful! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out this dealership. More
First of all let me note the Service Department is great and second to none for Subaru in this area. The sales management practices leave much to be desired. We've purchased a few new Subarus over the ye and second to none for Subaru in this area. The sales management practices leave much to be desired. We've purchased a few new Subarus over the years and had our cars always serviced there. So when it came time for my daughter to buy her first new car, we received a competitive price from the dealer. The trade in value for our car which was in good condition, purchased at that dealer and always serviced there, was ridiculous. We were quoted a number thousands less than Black Book, Kelly Blue Book or even the Car Fax value. In fact the quote was about $2,000 less than KBB rough condition which was insulting for this one owner car which had never been in an accident and required minor reconditioning. Our sales person advocated on our behalf (the only reason I gave an extra rating star since they were very good), but the sales management team would not budge. They did not even attempt to drive the car or to speak with us directly. Feeling disrespected, we left. We reached out to the GM but never received a call back. So we went to another Subaru dealer a bit further South near Canton the next day which had a nearly identical vehicle in stock at the same price. They drove our car and offered us nearly double the trade in value from Brunswick Subaru, so we bought the vehicle from them. I keep hearing how Brunswick is the largest Subaru dealer in the state of Ohio. They seemed to have lost their way if this is how they choose to treat loyal customers. After purchasing three vehicles from Brunswick Auto Mart and referring family and friends to them, we can no longer recommend them due to their sales practices. More
