Excellent response I took our Forester in for a routine oil change/inspection plus a problem with the radio. Radio static is still an issue. However when I brought it t I took our Forester in for a routine oil change/inspection plus a problem with the radio. Radio static is still an issue. However when I brought it to their attention, a tech responded the same day. He listened and cared about the problem. We're still working on the static issue. But Brunswick Auto Mart's response was excellent. I highly recommend the service department. More

EXCELLENT! I walked into Brunswick Automart Toyota to check out a Rav-4 as I was exploring vehicles within that segment. Scott DeFabbo welcomed me in and I'm gl I walked into Brunswick Automart Toyota to check out a Rav-4 as I was exploring vehicles within that segment. Scott DeFabbo welcomed me in and I'm glad he did because he made my search for a new vehicle as easy as can be without any aggressive sales techniques. He was very receptive of what it was that I wanted/needed in a vehicle for its amenities, size, and its price. I drove a Rav-4 within two minutes of being on the lot and did not like it for multiple reasons. Scott didn't skip a beat, and had me in other vehicles to check out and allowed me to figure out what I wanted in a vehicle. Scott had a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport that I liked a lot and realized it was what I needed for my small family and he was able to make the numbers work for my given situation. I left the lot with that vehicle same day. I noticed a couple days later that the brakes felt a little rough. I took the vehicle in that day, and Scott had the service team replace all brakes and rotors without batting an eye at no cost to me. Go see Scott when its time for that new vehicle, you won't be disappointed. More

Empty Promises I had a bad radio/back up camera issue I notified the dealership about back in April, After many promises of dates of service to replace, it was fina I had a bad radio/back up camera issue I notified the dealership about back in April, After many promises of dates of service to replace, it was finally replaced this Tuesday. Now the replacement doesn't show the clock function. After having it serviced, they didn't even offer to wash the car after servicing the vehicle. Not happy, wouldn't recommend and won't buy another car from here. Unbelievable poor customer service, expect this is a regular occurrence here. More
