The two Tercels lasted for 14 and 12 years, respectively (and I resold for good amounts). Our 2003 Highlander is still on the road and in mint condition. We worked with Joe Jiamachello. Great guy. He gave good advice on features, helped us compare models, and was able to take us directly to what we wanted. No heavy pressure. Got a good deal. Paperwork was easy. Knocked it off quickly on a Tuesday, went to the bank on Wednesday and drove home on a Thursday (after he gave us the "how to" information for all the features - and there are a lot of goodies). More

I’ve been bringing my leased Toyotas here for the past 15+ years. I am past the 2 yr mark in my current lease, so there was maintenance charge for this visit. The only reason for the - 1 star is that I had a coupon for $79.95 which was used, but there was an additional charge of about $5 on the invoice besides the sales tax that was just marked “misc” but had no supporting detail anywhere on the invoice. Not something I would drive back to the service department to ask about, but you should make sure all “misc” fees have some reference within the invoice. More

Recent Service I was scheduled for service on November 14, 2018 at 8:45. I was greeted timely and the service personnel were great. They were able to perform the 3 I was scheduled for service on November 14, 2018 at 8:45. I was greeted timely and the service personnel were great. They were able to perform the 30,000 mile checkup in a timely manner. While I was there I was able to have the staff sign me up for the extended service warranty that will take me through 50,000 miles. I now feel comfortable that I will be able to continue to use Brunswick Toyota for my service needs through 50,000 miles knowing that the work will be done professionally with no problems. More
