Great service department Every time I take my Camry in for service, the service advisors really take care of me. I am a combat injured Vietnam Vet who has difficulty walking. Helpful and good communication with the service department I scheduled an appointment for two recalls. I received a reminder email which I appreciated. Then I received from Suzan McCreanor an email reminder with an option to email her back with any questions or if I needed to reschedule. Nowadays life is so busy so I appreciate the option to communicate that way. I did have a question and she responded right away. When my vehicle was ready I received a phone call. That hardly ever happens. They brought the car around and backed it up for my daughter at pick up. I work in customer service and I appreciate great customer service and follow through. It is those little things that mean a lot. I was also amazed at the amount of inventory to pick from. I will look there next time I am looking for a vehicle More

First and ONLY dealership will ever go to! Over the years have avoided dealing with car dealerships especially the service areas. In 2012 bought a new Subaru Forrester from Brunswick and becaus Over the years have avoided dealing with car dealerships especially the service areas. In 2012 bought a new Subaru Forrester from Brunswick and because my mechanic retired decided to go Brunswick for my service work. It must be noted that there is another Subaru dealership within a few miles of where I live but am willing to travel 20+ Miles to go Brunswick. Any questions or issues have been address without making me feel awkward. The work has been exceptional and feel the pricing is fair. The service reps are not pushy trying to convince me to have work done that might not be necessary. However they do address any issues discovered during service with explanations and quotes, but the decision is always left to the customer. On more than one occasion the Subaru service manager John has worked with me on my real or on an occasion imaginary car concerns. John is patient and professional and it is reflected in his staff. Will continue to get my service done at Brunswick and should I ever need another Subaru will see my excellent salesman Bill Wall and start all over getting it serviced by John and his crew. More
Seatbelt engaged and Seatbelt Alarm/Warning Light Continued I was able to get same day appointment whereas Ganley could not deal with providing appointment until Nov. 30. I called Brunswick Auto Mart after calling Ganley Subaru, as I hung up from them I indicated I would need to contact someone else. My sister-in-law indicated that she always had a good experience with Brunswick. I called Brunswick and informed them of my disappointment of having to wait until Nov 30 for an appointment and they set up to see my SUV that day(Nov. 19). It took less than an hour for them to determine that I had a faulty seatbelt, as per Bailey Van Niel. He said he would order the part and I would be contacted for installation/replacement of the faulty part. I was phoned and set up an appointment for Nov. 23, at 2:45PM. I arrived at Brunswick at 13:58 and I said I knew I was early, but decided to arrive early, in the event I could fit into before my appointment. Bradley Meredi said that being early was OK and that he would see what he could do. Bradley came to see me at just shy of 15:00 to let me know that all was done. They were able to take care of my problem while I waited and both waite were only about an hour each, which I felt was extraordinary. If I had stayed with the offer of scheduling of Ganley( North Olmsted ) I would still be awaiting the Nov. 30 appointment. Originally my wife and I had came to Brunswick to test drive the Forester and would have purchased our Forester from Brunswick if they had accepted the AAA price. We did purchas our Forester from Ganley mainly because they did accept AAA price. Maybe we were confused with Brunswick and maybe they do accept AAA pricing. At any rate, my experience with Brunswick has encouraged me to deal with them instead of Ganley. More

During the process of leasing my 2018 Jeep Compass I felt very safe about my decision due to the fact that Dave Miller was extremely informative and patient. He was very understanding that I was on a trict time frame due to work and made the process easy/fast which is not always the case when someone is going out of their way to give you the best deal possible!
