Great car buying experience My wife wanted a new car and she hates the process so much she stayed home and sent me to find her a new Dark Gray Metallic RAV4. I did some research on line and the reviews for Brunswick Auto Mart were very positive so I thought I’d check them out. I sure am glad I did. I walked int the dealership and was greeted by Anthony who was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was looking to trade in my current car and got a very good deal from Terry and walked out 3 hours after arriving with exactly what my wife was looking for. Not only are they great to work with they have many makes and models on site to choose from. More

Okay, but had some problems I had a really difficult time connecting with the dealer. I would have just moved on but I have a few free oil changes owed from purchase, so I keep t I had a really difficult time connecting with the dealer. I would have just moved on but I have a few free oil changes owed from purchase, so I keep trying. Frustrating process, but I finally got an appointment. Service staff was very friendly and helpful once there (Anthony). I did have an issue after I left as well. My tires were low due to the cold and they added some air (sensor said they were 31psi when I dropped the car). They are supposed to be filled to 35 psi. At first the alert was still flashing, but Anthony informed me that the sensors would correct once I started driving. They did...on the freeway. Where I got a reading that all 4 tires had been filled to 53 psi. I had a rather stiff ride home and had to correct myself later. As noted, I have 3 remaining "free" oil changes there....if not I don't think I would return. Loss of rating stars for difficulty to connect, the tire situation. The price (included in my purchase is great, but their standard pricing is just average.) More

Great service & took less time than expected ! I was pleasantly surprised when in addition to my 18,000 mile check up on my 2016 corolla, it appeared that I'd had a recall notice that had to be add I was pleasantly surprised when in addition to my 18,000 mile check up on my 2016 corolla, it appeared that I'd had a recall notice that had to be addressed. The tech thought it would take a total of 3 hours but was done in a little over 2 hours !!!! Good news for someone that hates sitting & waiting for service to be complete but I DID get a lot of reading done :-) More

Tire issues I had a front tire that was extremely low on air. They reinflated it but informed me the front 2 tires were very problematic and were a danger. Had they not informed me of the problem there cv could of been a serious problem at high speeds. Thank you for your attention to detail and professionalism. More

Did NOT replace stated cabin filter Took my 2018 Camry in for 20,000 mile maintenance which includes oil, oil filter, tire rotation, and cabin air filter. When i got home the next day f Took my 2018 Camry in for 20,000 mile maintenance which includes oil, oil filter, tire rotation, and cabin air filter. When i got home the next day from work i took both air filter and cabin filter out to inspect and both were dirty and not replaced as stated. Had to take out and blow both filters with my air compressor to clean and put back in. Service guys to need to double check what should have been done. More
