I like the service department at this dealership I get my Mazda serviced here. It is an excellent service department. The service managers I have dealt with are Mike and Wayne. Both are courteous, I get my Mazda serviced here. It is an excellent service department. The service managers I have dealt with are Mike and Wayne. Both are courteous, friendly and tell you very promptly what is going on with your repairs. This is the third Mazda I have had and I don't see any reasons to change brands as the vehicles and service backup have been awesome. More

Thank you Mr. Kinkof I came in yesterday to have a tuneup on my Dodge Grand Caravan. My remote start was not working so I asked the mechanic who was doing the tuneup to s I came in yesterday to have a tuneup on my Dodge Grand Caravan. My remote start was not working so I asked the mechanic who was doing the tuneup to see if they could fix the remote start, When the car was finished the remote start could not be fixed by the mechanic but refered me to Mr. Kinkof who made a call and found out when the service person that works on the remote start would be in later. A few hours later Mr. Kinkof called me and told me I could bring my van in and the remote start was fixed within minutes. Thank you Mr. Kinkof for you help in making this happen. Mr. Kinkof is a very nice person to work with. More
Transmission Replacement I bought my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in December of 2017. With the rough winter we had this past year, it took a toll on my transmission. I called B I bought my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in December of 2017. With the rough winter we had this past year, it took a toll on my transmission. I called Brunswick Auto Mart and told the service department what was happening, took it to them the next day for them to look at. They checked it out the same week, got back to me and said the transmission had to be replaced. It was still under warranty, they ordered a replacement transmission. In the meantime, they gave me a replacement van at no charge, covered by the warranty. I didn't have to pay anything upfront except $50 for them to hold until the rental was returned. I returned the van on Monday, 2/4 and they refunded the $50 to me on 2/6. It was truly a Hassall-free experience. Cathy - thanks for your help and thanks to Eric with Enterprise for your help with the replacement vehicle. More
