We brought our vehicle in to get the back window repaired due to the recall. They fixed the window but during the process they put 4 scratches in my vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle they said the vehicle was down, but they forget to do the oil change so in their hast I had to wait longer for them to finish. When I finally took possession of my vehicle my steering wheel was very dirty and I had to find a wet one to wipe it clean so I could drive it home. More

Friendly and professional. Courtney went over all of the icons on the screen in the car as well as everything on the steering wheel and throughout much of the car. Had a different sales person then when I originally came in, we had Ray Hadinin. We came back 3 wks later, Ray wasn't there, we had Owen. Most of the time he wasn't at his desk with us. I told Owen that he in, we had Ray Hadinin. We came back 3 wks later, Ray wasn't there, we had Owen. Most of the time he wasn't at his desk with us. I told Owen that he needs to give Ray half of the sales money he made. I talked to Ray 2 days later ( he was on maternity leave) and he said he didn't even know we had been back in. I hope he got some money from our sale. I really liked Ray; I would give Ray a 5; Owen a3. Owen said we would be getting contacted by you and hoped we would give him a good rating. You don't say things like that. I asked Owen if we got anything because of the car show, he said a full tank of gas. Sad we got nothing extra! This is our second car from Brunswick and I don't know if we will come back when our lease is up. More
