Service great - Sales Dept needs some coaching My annual oil change was fine, service guys were great. While I waited, since I am thinking of trading in my Beetle, I decided to look at cars. I'm done I blame myself for going back. Last time I dropped my car off for a recall they dented my fender and broke the volume knob on my radio. They did fix m I blame myself for going back. Last time I dropped my car off for a recall they dented my fender and broke the volume knob on my radio. They did fix my fender but not the knob. My Mazda got another recall and I figured stuff happens I'll give them another chance. I had the advisor come out and look at my car, showed him the volume knob and gave him both sets of my keys so they could change the batteries while it was in. When I picked up my car the next day they had fixed the recall but not the radio and no new batteries. I went back in but the advisor must have gone on break. I gave up after 5 minutes. Not the most serious problems but it just shows their lack of detail. I don't know what's happened to customer service. More

I needed the driver window rubber pieces replaced. He always took the time to make sure all my needs were met. Great guy with a very friendly attitude!! My situation with my windows happened a few times due to the convertible going up and down. Poor Service and Customer service I drive 600 miles a week for work. Made an appointment 4 weeks ago to bring my 2019WRX in on saturday for oil change and rattle. I dropped the car o I drive 600 miles a week for work. Made an appointment 4 weeks ago to bring my 2019WRX in on saturday for oil change and rattle. I dropped the car off friday night to be told we only have two techs working on saturday and they may not be able to work on rattle. Call to check on my car since my appt was at 8 am. Tried for two hours and left message to get a call back to see if car was done. Never received a call. Went to dealer without being notified and adviser tells me they heard rattle put some tape on it and now have to order back lid tape because none is in stock. How many dealerships do you have there? Iwas told if tape does not work a new lid would have to be ordered and if that did not work I would have to live w rattle. That would equal three dealer visits!!!! Vehicle noise is now louder since they play w fixing the rattle. When I got in the car I noticed there was no change of oil sticker. When I inquired I was told the tech probably changed it but he did 85 cars today. The tech came out reset my computer and put a sticker into the car. My question was my oil ever changed? Never once was I offered a loaner so they could fix my car properly or if my oil was changed. I am pretty pissed off about the customer service. Reply Forward More

I love our Subaru Crosstrek and received great news that we did not need anything out of the norm. They gave me outstanding service and washed my Crosstrek before returning it to me. While there, I visited with my sales rep, Ron Kula and found out current incentives and decided on my next Crosstrek. Also got a thank you from Geoff and Bryan Panteck. More

I leased a WRX off of them and it was such a clean easy process. There was one problem I noticed and that was that the rear bumper didn’t have a a glossed finish like the rest of car, but that isn’t on them, that’s from the factory. Just trying to get it replaced or fixed, but other than the 1 issue that isn’t on them. Amazing team they have there! More
