bad experience car sales is pretty good ,but the Subaru service department leaves a lot to be desired. Called them to get a quote on brakes & pads for all 4 wheel car sales is pretty good ,but the Subaru service department leaves a lot to be desired. Called them to get a quote on brakes & pads for all 4 wheels for my forester. They quoted me a decent price $ 565.00, so I went up there and dropped the car off. They called me the next day and told me a price was twice the amount in $930... I asked what happened , and the guy just kind of fell silent, the only thing I could imagine happened is maybe they thought I was only asking for the front brakes & rotors quote ?? but I clearly stated all 4 wheels!!!..:( so I told the dept not to do the work and they could leave my car in the parking lot and lock up my key. so I drove 40 mins to pick pick up the car late at night, and they forgot to put my key in the car. lot of aggravation and time wasted !!! More
