Easy purchase during pandemic I found the car I wanted on the Brunswick Subaru website. It was the color and had all the options I wanted. I knew the price I would pay. The salesma I found the car I wanted on the Brunswick Subaru website. It was the color and had all the options I wanted. I knew the price I would pay. The salesman, Matt, was not overly zealous and did not push me. He came up with a price that was lower than the price I thought would be fair after doing my research. I never told him what I would pay. Everyone I dealt with wore a mask and the deal was completed. Great experience. More

The family has been purchasing vehicles at BAM since 1992. Sixteen and counting, including 5 Jeeps. I have never had an issue in 28 years. I've always been treated professionally and courteously. The deals were always fair and the service exceptional. The first 21 years, Chuck Brady was my salesman. Now it's Matt Dobson. Both of them are honest and fair, while working to get us the best deal possible. Stefanie, Michelle and Rob in service have been great over the years. Just a great place to car shop. More

Because I haven't had such a professional experience (anywhere) in a LONG TIME. The comprehensive check went by relatively quickly and it almost feels like my car is as good as new. I purchased a vehicle four years ago and nothing but engine problems with it if it wasn't for the extended warranty that I purchase I would have been paying thousands of dollars out of my own pocket not to mention the things that I had to pay to get fixed that weren't covered. Finally 27 days after my extended warranty expired the engine went out and was told it would cost 9000.00 dollars to fix, mind you I still owed on this vehicle. They had my vehicle 3 days and I heard from no one I had to call twice and finally on the third day they told me it was shot I asked what happened and they told me don't know but can find out but you have to pay 400.00 dollars to have that done. So now I was not only having to pay for a vehicle that I just purchased 4 years ago but nobody even bothered to reach out to me to see what they could do to help me get into another vehicle and work things out. I have been dealing with them for over 17 years and this is how I was treated not good not good at all. I will never purchase from or recommend this dealer ship again. More
