After having a horrible experience at a different dealership the day before, my husband and I decided to give Brunswick VW a try. I didn't even want to go inside, so I had my husband go in while I lo dealership the day before, my husband and I decided to give Brunswick VW a try. I didn't even want to go inside, so I had my husband go in while I looked at cars on the lot. After a few minutes, I went in and my husband was talking to Tony Grassia, who seemed very friendly. He pulled the car we had looked at around for us, and as we were talking, he made a recommendation for a different car to try based on what I told him here some "extras I didn't think I could afford". I test drove it, and when I got back to the lot, Tony had the numbers ready and they were exactly what I told him I needed. He and his manager even stayed after their closing time to help us get things going. I was impressed. I was afraid it was all "too good to be true", but Tony called me the next day to let me know everything was good and I could stop by at 6pm the following day to sign and pick up (most due to my work schedule) I was still nervous going back 2 days later to sign all the paperwork. It was all exactly as quoted, and Tony spend a lot of time acclimating me to my new car. It was so easy, by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. More
