I checked out 3 Subaru dealers and found Brunswick to be helpful, willing to listen what I wanted and not just interested in selling me a car that I did not want. I dont like "pushy sales people" and Jake while of course wantting to sell a car gave me the time to consider my options. Unlike the others who brought out their Sales Manager with the " what do we have to do to sell you a car today", no first and second string just open communication with the salesman I was dealing with. Also since buying the car I had questions which again Jake, my sales person was more than willing to answer and spend time on. Overall a positive experience. . More

If your vehicle is still under warranty you will probably get the run around like i did. Have my 18 jeep compass at the shop 5 times in 4 weeks because they want to try to put a bandaid on the problem instea get the run around like i did. First trip was and oil change tire rotation and check up. Second trip a couple days later front stabilizers and the back needed done also but they didnt have those in stock so that was trip 2. Trip 3 was because a few days after that the front started up again so they put another set of stabilizers on. And on the way home i called them and told them it wasnt right. So trip 4 im told i needed struts and have to wait on them. And trip 5 finally get the correct parts put on. Hopefully. More
