Had an oil change, tire rotation and they washed car: then OMG… Terribly disappointed when I got in my car—mechanics pants put dark stains on my tan car seat interior and on the interior door handle, and then OMG… Terribly disappointed when I got in my car—mechanics pants put dark stains on my tan car seat interior and on the interior door handle, and along the the tan interior front window frame (putting in oil chg sticker), steering wheel had black on it and my tan floor rug stained with black shoe prints. This is the first time a mechanic has had utter disregard for someone’s car!! thank goodness I had a full pack of baby wipes in my car that I could scrub everything off before I left. Then the next day I had to shampoo the car seat and my floor rug. I’m 66 years old I feel sorry if this happened to someone who is in their 70s or 80s and it would’ve been hard for them to clean it the mess the mechanic left behind More

February 26th visit to get an ongoing issue with the radio system resolved. It’s 34 days later and it’s still not resolved. Dealer states service area tech rep is aware of this with multiple VW’s, yet radio system resolved. It’s 34 days later and it’s still not resolved. Dealer states service area tech rep is aware of this with multiple VW’s, yet….here I sit, still awaiting a resolution. And this isn’t just a one-off issue, as I’ve been dealing with this since October 2023. I think this should tell you my current opinion of VW. Due to a lack of follow up, coupled with the fact that I’ve called multiple times in the past for service, only to get directed to a voicemail that doesn’t get returned, I’ve grown weary of Brunswick VW. And it’s a shame, since I always had good service on my 3 prior VW’s. More
