Best Dealership I have been to In the 40 years I have .. been buying cars !!! I bought a New 2015 Jeep Cherokee and after driving it for over 5 years, 70000, I have only had to take in in for service 5 ti been buying cars !!! I bought a New 2015 Jeep Cherokee and after driving it for over 5 years, 70000, I have only had to take in in for service 5 times, 3 of visits were for recalls and updates, 2 visits for minor problems. I have always had same service advisor, Rob, who from the 1st visit has gone above and beyond to ensure EVERYTHING about my visit goes smoothly and timely. Seems to me he knows my Jeep better than me !!! I have had cars in the past where new car was in shop 5 times a year with all the problems car had, and it stayed there for days and more. I HIGHLY recommend Brunswick Auto Mart, 6 of my friends have brought new cars there, and another good thing is they just don't sell Jeeps, they have over 4 different dealerships, in one place..... More

Went for 6-month checkup. Software problem made it a 3+ hour It was only mildly annoying that my six-month old car needed a software update that took hours to fix. More troubling was seeing almost all of the sales staff walking around without masks. I had fled the crowded, noisy waiting area. My service guy was helpful and considerate. I clicked NO above but it's really too early for a conclusion. More

Horrendous, my wife’s car had a tire failure 3 weeks after buying a new Volkswagen. I had to take the car back to the service department to get them to send the tire back and still didn’t fix the issue. after buying a new Volkswagen.
