I leased my 2020 Subaru Forester Sport from Brunswick Auto Mart and it was THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Very professional, very courteous and very easy to deal with. Once my car was ready for pick up, I was only there for about 40 minutes which amazed me. No dealing with the financial office and they didn't try to make me buy anything I didn't want or need. Service department did not diagnose original problem and sent me home with a dead battery. When I returned, they said it would take a while and offered to send me home in a tiny little car that I do not fi sent me home with a dead battery. After loudly protesting for quite a while, the service manager gave me his demo, which was the same as my car. They called me 28 days later to pick up my car. Many people would have been stuck driving a much different car than they bought. My car had 5,000 miles and should not have been in service for a month. The final insult was sending me home in my six month old car with two inches of dust and dirt on it. Couldn't be bothered to wash a car that had been sitting outside for 28 days. Thanks. More
