A disappointing experience. I made an appointment so that BAM could fix a part on my vehicle that is allowing the driver’s side visor to fall out of the roof. About half an hour after I arrived for the appointment, a service person came into the waiting room to tell me that they no longer had the part. Accidents happen, we’re all human. The frustrating part was that she attempted to blame me for the for the problem, saying - more than once - that I had waited too long to call. A simple apology for the mixup would have been super appreciated. She seemed to expect me to know how automotive part deliveries and returns work. More

They always take good care of my car. They are honest, professional and look out for me by telling me about rebates, recalls, etc. He even explained I was early for my oil change and didn't need it yet. I use the Toyota Service department to keep my Prius up and running. They are always courteous and able to answer questions.
