The pre-owned vehicles are over priced . We looked at the 2016 honda civic they wanted 15,532 plus tax title.. which came out too 17, 200 and wouldnt budge a dollar.. we found the same exact car a year n 2016 honda civic they wanted 15,532 plus tax title.. which came out too 17, 200 and wouldnt budge a dollar.. we found the same exact car a year newer 2017 a 1000 miles less for 13,995 and gave it to us for 14,200 OTD....THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER TO KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. Had a problem with driver seat being loose. Brought it to dealer who identified problem. James explained problem that required part not in stock and offered a loaner vehicle or take mine home and return in t dealer who identified problem. Came back the next morning and mechanic discovered the wrong part in the right box. They could have sent me home to return again but went above and beyond to find part at another dealer and dispatched an employee to picking up. Long story short, seat got fixed and even though it took a bit longer it’s fixed I didn’t have to return another day. James did a good job keeping me informed on progress. More
