Overall I am satisfied with their service. They usually get me in and out there quickly. Be aware, however, the invoices or service orders can be misleading. The last time (prior to this one) when I brought it in for 45K service, part of the service is tire rotation. When I got the vehicle back I checked and noticed the tires were NOT rotated. I mentioned this to the service rep and after measuring the tires he indicated that they always put the tires with the better tread life on the front, so in my situation since that was the case already, they did not rotate them. I accepted that since I did not get charged for a tire rotation, however, I DID mention to the service rep that they need to be more transparent with the invoices. Very misleading showing that the tires were rotated, but were NOT. This last time for the 50k service I explicitly told them to be sure to rotate tires even if it's not necessary. They indeed did. So just be aware of this. More
This place is terrible. You asked me to write a review on 3 different websites on my experience, so that I will. Went there to get my car looked at because it was leaking fluid. Also mentioned that I needed an oil change if there was time to get that done as well. Was told that they would call me before any work would be done. Dropped the car off at 8:00 am. I decided to call them at 2:00 pm to inquire the status. Was told that it was ready, the recall had been done and that I could pick the car up. I told the receptionist that I brought my car in because it was leaking fluid. She told me that she hadn’t flipped the page and that it was all taken care of, the cost was $52.50 and I could pick the car up at anytime. Got there and was ready to pay the amount and as I was reading over the paperwork I noticed a note that read – “Advise customer to reschedule for service”. NO ONE MENTIONED THAT MY CAR WASN’T FIXED! Thank God I read the paperwork. On top of them not calling me to even tell me my car was ready to be picked up, they failed to mention to me that it wasn’t even fixed! I find this lack of customer service completely unacceptable. PLEASE – look over your own paperwork, and also call around other dealerships/ mechanics for a better price. I did, and it saved me almost $200. AND much better customer service. More
We bought a new outback at the end of February. Patrick was or salesman and he was personable and easy to deal with although we did not do a lot of haggling. We closed the deal with Matt. We told him up front that we did not want a long term warranty but he wouldn’t let it go. In the end we bought the useless extended warranty because of his “double talk”. When we got home we realized it had added over 2000.00 dollars to our purchase price. The next day I tried to contact Matt to cancel that warranty. It took another full day before I was able to talk to him. Finally after another day he emailed me a cancellation form which I promptly filled out and faxed back. It took another full day for me to find out that he got the faxed cancellation. He did tell me after I had to call him that the cancellation would go through. I want a proof of the cancel More

Nice service rep that checked me in. Very quick service and nice waiting area. Also liked the free car wash. When I got home I noticed the rep only deducted $10 when my coupon said $20 off.
