I had my daughter's VW Beetle in for service. Online appointment scheduling was simple and got an appointment right away. The car needed front-end work to be able to do the alignment. Service manager appointment scheduling was simple and got an appointment right away. The car needed front-end work to be able to do the alignment. Service manager had the technician show us the issues while it was on the rack. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained the issues well. He took time to answer other questions I had about the car's condition. The price is always more the you want to spend, but the invoice came in lower than the original estimate. I didn't give 5 stars because when the parts did not arrive the next day to fix it, as planned, we were not notified. I called 15 minutes before they closed to find out that we had to wait until the next day for the parts to begin the repairs. They should have called with the status when the parts didn't arrive as expected. More
