During my recent service visit, my experience was excellent for the trailer hitch installation on my 2022 Outback Wilderness. I was rather disappointed to learn that this couldn't take place because the vehicle was so new that the new specifications for the alignment have not been received by the dealership from the factory. I was at the dealership for I believe over an hour before learning this. So I was very happy the first day and less so the following day. The team members that I interacted with were all very pleasant. More
