The service advisor, Michele Miller, was rude, not helpful when I did not have my insurance card with me, she did not call me when My car was ready or provide the complimentary car wash. I called and spoke with Cathy Moye regarding my brakes. We set up a time and she was out to greet me. I live out of town over 120 miles so most of the deal, quote etc. were conducted over the internet, mail, and by phone. I was very pleased with the deal to purchase and was able to come in and finalize i quote etc. were conducted over the internet, mail, and by phone. I was very happy with my experience in that all was ready when I arrived, and everything was ready for signing as we had agreed upon with the exception of my trade in which turned up with a bad alternator, so they adjusted the price without the trade in, and it posed no problem! I appreciate the ease of buying from John! More
