The whole process was not the usual professionalism that has kept us at Brunswick Auto. The person that I was dealing with must have been new, and the other guy admitted only being there for about 2 months. It took 2.5 hours to have my daughters snow tires put on and oil changed, and then being told that they suggest I change the engine filter and cabin filter. Not even sure that was done. Usually they give you a check list of the brakes, tires, top off fluids, things like that. When I asked for 1 they said they couldn't print bit out. That makes we wonder if they ever even did that stuff. He knew I was upset for being there so long that they just didn't do it. He kept telling me he had his best guy on it and they only had 1 tire machine that day. Seriously, come on man. Ok so what happens next, give me free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. Its not like they have never serviced this vehicle before. I take all the Toyota's I have to the dealer so there is a record of continued maintenance. Was there a turn over of service people, just not the same.
