Our salesman Bill Hanan was the best car salesman we have ever had. Outstanding Experience. Made sure our pre owned certified Subaru was fully serviced and super cleaned before he would release it to us. He ever had. Outstanding Experience. He was not happen with the final cleaning and rejected it and sent it back for another cleaning. Very customer friendly ! Most laid back auto salesman I ever met. More
I was encouraged to try leasing a vehicle for the first time, despite my hesitation due to all the negative things I've read and heard about leasing. I was told that my choice of a Subaru WRX was a wise c time, despite my hesitation due to all the negative things I've read and heard about leasing. I was told that my choice of a Subaru WRX was a wise choice because they held their value well. When my lease was over, I decided not to lease a new vehicle or buy the WRX. The leasing company demanded a $400 end of lease fee, plus $546 damage fee for a scratch (less than 2 inches) on the plastic bumper, and a scrape on one of the wheels. I checked the blue book value of the car and it was listed at $20,000 for the year, make and condition. My lease due amount was 19,000. So I asked the dealer to assume the lease and relieve me of those penalties and fees listed above. Despite all the assurances about the model holding its value, they said they could only offer my 17, 000 !!! Part of the reason for this low bid was their explanation that they would have to put new tires on the car in order to sell it as used. Really ! The tires had less than 10,00 miles on them (I had my own set of winter tires that I used for a good part of the lease. ). Plus, I never heard of having to put new tires on a USED car in order to be able to sell it. I can only say, I will never lease again, and will have second thoughts about going to this dealer. They're all smiles and promises when you first walk in, and then all frowns and apologies when you come back to hold them to their statements. More
I went to Brunswick Auto Mart for service that another dealer wasn't able to diagnose and fix. The Service Consul†ant who checked us in (Alyssa T.) knew what we were describing and gave us confidence that dealer wasn't able to diagnose and fix. The Service Consul†ant who checked us in (Alyssa T.) knew what we were describing and gave us confidence that they could take care of the problem. The very next day the manager called us and told us that my Jeep was ready to be picked up! It wasn't expected to be done for a couple more days, can you imagine that? Done earlier than expected? It has been working like a dream ever since. Thank you Brunswick Auto Mart for your fantastic service. More
