I had no problem getting an appointment to have the transmission fluid changed on my Legacy. After waiting awhile, my husband went to check on it and he said that it was parked with others to be washed transmission fluid changed on my Legacy. Took my Forester in for routine service. They asked if I would also like my car washed. I said yes. When my car was done I was shocked that it was so dirty! It was all smeared and the back looked like so would also like my car washed. I said yes. When my car was done I was shocked that it was so dirty! It was all smeared and the back looked like someone went through a puddle. My question is that if they washed it so poorly, how well did they do the other service? More

I was concerned about, either a Lease or Purchase. The Salesman explained the difference. Before I knew it. I was purchasing a van without haggling the price. Somehow the deal went so fast, i asked for my Salesman explained the difference. Before I knew it. I was purchasing a van without haggling the price. Somehow the deal went so fast, i asked for my battery, for a trade-in. He said, take the car. The battery stays. He mentioned they are scrapping the vehicle, so why can't I have the battery. I asked fir a $100.00 Gift Card. That didn't happen either. I Somehow bought a van, under that pressure of the Salesman at Brunswick Auto. It's hard to sleep, knowing I was taken. More
