Unlike past experiences with this dealership, our recent lease of a 2024 Toyota Highlander was a disappointing experience due to a myriad of missteps by the sales personnel with whom we dealt. Suffice it to lease of a 2024 Toyota Highlander was a disappointing experience due to a myriad of missteps by the sales personnel with whom we dealt. Suffice it to say that we wanted a white car and ended up out of frustration with the ever-changing information we were given, leasing a black Highlander for $400 more than our original Lease Buyers agreement was for the same white XLE model. Senior citizens beware! More
