I recently purchased a car here two weeks ago and from the beginning to the end it’s been a horrible experience. Need assistance on my vehicle that I purchased and they ghosted me after purchase. I first walked in to the wrong department, and boy was that a mistake, they didn’t even want to help me and looked at me like I was garbage. I ask repeatedly for assistance and finally someone said you have to go across the street. As I walked into what I thought was the right location and not greeted once again, to find out I had to wait for the salesman bc he was dealing with another customer. So a lady cars salesman told me she’ll take over from here but never gave me her name, never introduced herself to me and assumed I was trying to get financed and ask me how bad is your credit. I was actually trading a high value car in for a Subaru cross track, not to mention my previous car was paid off. I explain to her that I already went through the process of getting a quote on my trade-in value and I just wanted to test drive the car. I still don’t know this lady’s name but she took my ID and let me test drive the car. While I was test driving the car sales person that I had an appointment with called me and said to meet him across the street. So as I’m driving over the ladies now calling my phone wondering where I’m at so the lack of communication from sales person to sales person is rated about a one! Once I got to the right location, I was introduced to another gentleman to start my process of my application. At that time I was just overwhelmed frustrated and just wanted to get out of there soon as I can. As I left and all paperwork with finalized the sales person that was originally supposed to help me, promised me that he have an additional key for me the following week due to being closed during the holiday. After trying to reach out to him I was ignored no response to my text or my voicemails. I even spoke to the manager of the used car department and he promised me that he will give me a call the next day so that I can get my key. He also failed me as well and never even gave me a call. I finally caught a lady named Susan from I believe a department there at Bedford Mart Subaru who assisted me, 3 weeks later I’m now getting a spare key but the one I have isn’t holding up so now I back to one. So no I don’t recommend going to Subaru Brunswick Mart, Beford auto Mile! If I had to give my opinion on why I had such poor service, I say because they assumed that I wouldn’t get approved for a car that I didn’t have money to put down I was going to waste your time! I also think once the sale was final, they didn’t care about anything else because commission was paid. More
