We had been busy building 2 houses and time slipped by to a little over a year. I contacted Charlie and he still was interested in making things right. Mike Callahan, a Service Advisor at Brunswick Toyota usually takes care of my wife and I for our routine maintenance on two vehicles and is always a pleasure to work with. This past year we both had separate odd issues with our vehicles at different times and had to come in for unscheduled service. Of course, Mike stepped up both times, got a tech on it and diagnosed the same day, despite the tech's being swamped. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the service experience is casual and friendly, even when frustrating vehicle issues happen. Brunswick Toyota in general has been an awesome experience and that's why I keep going back and send people there for both Service and Sales. They have some of the best people in the business, including the Service Techs, these guys know their stuff and work with Service to make sure customers know exactly what's going on with their vehicles and solve problems as quick as they can despite the volume.
