WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I would leave zero stars if I could. I was met with the rudest, most condescending, most hostile person I’ve ever encountered in any setting, much le I would leave zero stars if I could. I was met with the rudest, most condescending, most hostile person I’ve ever encountered in any setting, much less in costumer service. I was there on Wednesday April 13, 2022 at 2:50pm and was met by a man (won’t use the word “gentleman”) with who was at the desk on the right in the service office. I was there to have a crack in the windshield of my 2021 Venza looked at. Was I unhappy about a huge crack suddenly appearing on my $1500 windshield? Absolutely. Did I read several other complaints online about a crack appearing in the same place on the same vehicle, seemingly for no reason? Yes I did, and I mentioned them to him. Oh boy this guy went OFF telling me (in the most condescending and rude voice imaginable) all the things I did to cause the crack…huh??? No empathy, no attempt to understand or listen…did NOTHING that a normal customer service person would have done. Actually told me to sue them if I want...what??? I will never set foot in Brunswick Toyota again and will go out of my way to have my service done elsewhere. More

I had an exceptional experience at the Brunswick Auto Mart. Everything was handled expertly and efficiently. We were able to handle almost everything remotely. When I went in to sign my paperwork, my Mart. Everything was handled expertly and efficiently. We were able to handle almost everything remotely. When I went in to sign my paperwork, my sales person, (Vince) met me at the door, brought me into finance quickly, showed me all the perks of my new vehicle, and helped me connect my phone to the car. I was in and out quickly. On the road enjoying my new Chrysler 300 in no time. I highly recommend this dealership and will be a returning customer. More
