Very poor customer care was experienced with the two service associates that I encountered during a recent service appointment. Brought the vehicle in for an issue that occurred prematurely - uneven ti service associates that I encountered during a recent service appointment. Brought the vehicle in for an issue that occurred prematurely - uneven tire wear on the inside of the tires (all four tires). With zero research conducted on my vehicle, the automatic assumption with both associates was that the issue was due to us "hitting stuff" on the road, resulting in the alignment being thrown off. My wife and I are religious about having appropriate services done at the manufacturer suggested mile quantities to a fault, and we also do not drive recklessly. One of the associates did refer us to Corporate Service, and we were provided some financial relief to cover a portion of the cost. However being addressed in this manner, immediately blaming the customer and assuming we have no knowledge on the subject, is unprofessional and may impact our approach when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. The entire staff at Brunswick Toyota is exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Ben in the service area, and both gentlemen were very courteous. I came in to purchase a company car for me (and represented my employer). My sales person, Kevin Hill, was very responsive to all of our inquiries. Took me 2020 rav4 in due to dead battery that had happened x2. Checked battery and other possible problems and discovered battery not charging correctly. Gave me a new battery at no charge.
