Mike Callahan was very courteous and advised me I would be a receiving tire rotation..He also scheduled a oil change for my next sevice appt with a young lady in the service dept. I would recommend this dealership for service. Everyone is professional and after purchasing one used car and another new, 3 years ago, I had had no bad experiences with the service dept. The Sales dept recently (May, 2022) was disappointing, however this is sadly a different economy from 3 years ago. My daughter was looking to purchase a new RAV 4 at Brunswick Auto Mart and the sales team was very unprofessional this time. The first time we stopped in, no one greeted us, talked to us or even looked at us. We spent about 30 minutes and finally left. During a later visit, and deffinately ready to buy, the sales person seemed uninterested in selling a vehicle. He eventually put forth some effort but he appeared very inexperienced. His manager was quite rude. It appeared neither really cared. Loyalty to the brand and the dealership clearly meant nothing. Subaru across the street were wonderful and Mazda next door was as well. So, the shortage of cars and the lack of inventory was no excuse for treating people poorly. If you needed to purchase a new or gently used car, be aware that dealerships are asking around $2000 over MSRP and my daughter had to order one and is expecting to wait 4 months for it to arrive. Even with a down payment, the dealership stated the price could go up by the time the car arrives on the lot. She ended up with a Mazda after our family owning 4 Toyotas. More
