Service center unprofessional and poorly designed. No flow of how things are supposed to go, unless the individuals working the desks are on top of it. One of the gentleman threw a fit and was talking No flow of how things are supposed to go, unless the individuals working the desks are on top of it. One of the gentleman threw a fit and was talking to himself loudly enough that I could hear. He was upset because a customer took their keys with them instead of leaving it in the car. He was very rude to her when he went up to ask for them. He continued to mutter under his breathe as he walked past me checking in. I was grateful that my interaction did not have to be with him and I would have probably left if I was treated like that. Even though it did not involve me, his ranting to himself walking by customers was extremely unprofessional. I think next time, Ill try another dealership for service. More
