I have always had a good experience with the service. It's usually pretty prompt when they know I'm waiting. This time I went in for an oil change appointment at 9:30am. I asked to have a tire looked at since it had been losing air. That precipitated 4new tires and not leaving until noon. In retrospect I should have waited to get the new tires at another time, especially since the last time I was there for service the tires were listed as still in the green on the inspection sheet. I'm not sure about going from green [skipping over the yellow] straight to replace them all. More
