I purchased a 2025 Dodge Ram August 31, 2024 check engine light came on September 11, 2024, Called my sales person Rob, I say i have a small problem he says your check engine light came on and te light came light came on September 11, 2024, Called my sales person Rob, I say i have a small problem he says your check engine light came on and te light came on with 270 miles on the odometer. I asked if they could undo the loan and return my perfectly running 2019 Dodge ram to me, I was told they don't know where my car is and that can't be done, the whole time I have to pay 625.00 a month for a vehicle i don't have. I am provided loaner vehicles but they are nothing I would even consider purchasing at all. I was supposed to be getting assistance from a Rep at Stellantis, the loan company of Dodge and the person Shreena who was assisting me told me just drive the vehicle unit Dodge has the fix for it. I advised her the vehicle is not accelerating properly, not starting at times and misfiring. I get a call December 12, 2024 from the service department saying the upgrade came in and my truck was ready. , I picked it up December 14, 2024 drove it 1 day and the check engine light came back on with 544 miles on the odometer. I spoke with the General manager asking just to change out vehicles do a new lease on another vehicle, he tells me my monthly note would go up close to 900.00 a month. The dealership doesn't want their own vehicle back at all and I would have to pay for the depreciation of the vehcle. I return the vehicle to the service department on December 17, 2024 and the vehicle has been back at the service shop since. From August 31, 2024 to December 26, 2024 and counting I have driven the vehicle a total of 12 days. I'm being told by everyone from Stellantis to Brunswick Automart there is nothing they can do. I am paying for a vehicle i don't have, they have no idea where my 2019 Dodge ram is. Now I know how a victim of a xxxx feels you know the person that violated you, you tell people and report it and no one helps you, and yes I feel violated by my whole experience with Stellantis and Brunswick Automart, and I am not the only customer who was having this problem with these modelsi, I have a co worker who had the same problem and the service technicians tell me when i am there at the service department they are getting these trucks in all the time for this check engine light problem. I just want my money I put down and the payments i have made refunded to me so I may take my business elsewhere, I know I can" get my truck back, Its insulting to tell someone you can't find a vehile. More
