This is the fifth car that I purchased from Bruce Bennett Nissan. I know that the dealership is under new ownership, but the focus on customer service is still the same. This is the first time that I worked with Seth Robinson. He was engaging and interested in setting me up with the perfect vehicle. My previous car was a 2011 rogue that I still loved but was starting to need expensive maintenance. I needed my payment to stay the same or less and Seth made sure to find me a 2017 Rogue with very low mileage. Matthew then stepped in to take care of the paperwork and he made it seamless and easy. I highly recommend Seth. He went above and beyond. He listened to me and had a genuine interest and what I needed. Safety and confidence that my car will get me through any kind of weather are very important to me. I can’t write a review of this dealership without mentioning Bob Furman, the service manager. Bob really cares about his customers and I wouldn’t go to anyone else but him to take care of my car. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership as long as Bob is with Bruce Bennett Nissan. More

So I don’t have the greatest credit and because of this, buying a car gives me a lot of an anxiety but when my car got totaled I needed to do it. I chose this dealership because a friend of mine has raved about the CS and I am a witness when her truck broke down and they came with a van to pick up her kayak. It was truly amazing! He was so patient and made sure I got what I needed to be safe and protected in the long run and he actually listened and he did not have a “ this is just another deal” mentality.
