My experience at Bruce Bennett, Brian Fitzgibbons Brian worked with me in October 2016. From the second I walked in the door he was extremely friendly and welcoming which always makes the car process Brian worked with me in October 2016. From the second I walked in the door he was extremely friendly and welcoming which always makes the car process easier when you know you feel comfortable with the sales person. He walked me through my options, let me test drive different cars and had extreme patience. Since October, I have had to get two oil changes and both times I contacted Brian directly and he immediately set them up for me. It is easy to see Brian cares about his work as well as service to his customers and I would recommend him to anyone who is in search of a car! More

Bought my Maxima 23 years ago. A perfect car. Bruce Bennett Nissan took care of my Maxima since 1994 and I don't mess with great results like that. Now with a new Altima, we're enjoying all of th Bruce Bennett Nissan took care of my Maxima since 1994 and I don't mess with great results like that. In my most recent car search, I found myself ruling out other car brands, simply because of my experience dealing with the team at Bruce Bennett. Their sales people are very helpful and thorough. The finance and management team are top notch. It's always a very personal experience and the team goes out of their way to make it work. What's even more amazing is that when it's time to get your vehicle serviced, the experience continues to impress. Having worked in the sales/service industry for most of my life I can easily say that the team at Bruce Bennett is doing it right! More

First Time Leasing a New Vehicle I worked directly with Mr. Fracker from start to finish in leasing my new 2017 Altima. He was very straight forward in his dealings which made me feel I worked directly with Mr. Fracker from start to finish in leasing my new 2017 Altima. He was very straight forward in his dealings which made me feel comfortable in knowing that I am getting the best deal for the dollar. He was very prompt in all responses and always took time out of his day to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend Mr. Fracker to anyone who is looking into getting a new vehicle. As a first time lessee, Mr. Reis was extremely helpful in walking me through this process. His patience with all of my "first timer" questions made this experience much less stressful. Did not provide me with a second key for a car I brought I normally don’t like writing reviews, but in this case I felt like I had too. Bruce Bennett Nissan say’s they are different from other dealership b I normally don’t like writing reviews, but in this case I felt like I had too. Bruce Bennett Nissan say’s they are different from other dealership because they say We Go The Extra Mile To Make It Worth Your While. In this case they did not go the extra mile for me. I was recommended by a friend to this dealership, I walked in and brought 2 cars from them. After signing the papers I got the keys to my cars. Then I realized that the salesman only give me 1 key to one of my cars. I then asked him were the 2nd key was and he said let me go look for it. A few minutes later he comes back and says the person who took the trade in didn’t get the key from that person. So he told me he had tried contacting the person to see if they can get me the spare key. Waited a few days for the salesman’s to respond after calling him repeatedly. After a few days the salesman told me he couldn’t get the second key from me. So I asked him what he could do from me since he couldn’t get it for me. He then told me that I can buy a key from them and they will see if they can get it for me at cost. After a day of not hearing back from him. I called him and couldn’t get a hold of him. He had his manager call me back and told me the key would cost over $300 for program and cutting the key. (Keep in mind I walked in and brought 2 cars all in 1 day.) $300 does not sound like at cost to me. So I went out and did my own research. I called back and asked if they could do anything for me if I went out and brought my own keys. They said they wanted $125 plus tax to cut and program the keys. $125/hour was the ongoing rating for service. I was willing to buy my own keys. After a few days of countless calling back they said they would do it for $75 plus tax ended up being $85. It took them less than 10 minutes to cut and program and still charged me $75 plus tax. Really?? If they were charging $125/hr and it took them 15 minutes to do it, so shouldn’t it have been $31.25 for 15 minutes of service? Needless to say I was hoping they would just program the key for free for me, since I went out and paid for the keys. I was totally dissatisfied with the level of service I was giving after buy 2 cars from Bruce Bennett Nissan. I would not come back to this dealership nor would I recommend them either More
