Knowing that Todd Bennett is very busy as the dealerships principle member, he stops to ask me how I like my truck and if I'm enjoying driving such an awesome vehicle. I really hold these guys in high regards. I had some technical questions regarding my vehicle and both Brian and Robert were all to eager to find the answers to my questions. To be honest, I feel like I am part of their family when I'm there. Sometimes sorry to have to leave. On the sales side, i dealt with Alex Cardona who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, Jason who did our close out paperwork was once in the sales department and sold us several vehicles over the years. Mike P. and Christina (sales managers) made sure they could financially fit me into my truck. David listened to our needs and suggested a car that wasn't on the lot. We decided to view the car on another lot and drove over to look at it. My daughter loved the car but this was only our first day shopping. A few weeks passed as we got caught up with a busy summer. David kept in touch without pressuring us. We came back when the timing was right and he located the perfect car for us with all of my daughter's first choices. All told, it was a smooth and pleasurable purchasing experience. So the following time I went I was brought to Matt Wolowitz was the salesman and was very helpful and answered all my questions. He knew what he was talking about with the vehicle that I was purchasing. We came to a deal. On short notice of me coming in to pick vehicle up. Matt still was all set and ready to go. Easy Peasy I was in search of a used vehicle for my daughter and my father suggested I go look at vehicles at a Nissan dealership near him. So he and I head off I was in search of a used vehicle for my daughter and my father suggested I go look at vehicles at a Nissan dealership near him. So he and I head off to the local dealership. I found a 2013 Nissan Sentra and thought it would be an easy transaction, however, they wanted to play the back and forth game with negotiating a reasonable price. So I left. I went on the Kelly blue book website and put in my price range and distance willing to travel. I found a few Nissan Sentra's listed at Bruce Bennett and only had to travel 9 miles. It was a rainy day so my daughter and I just went to "look". Lucky for us, David Reyes was working that day. Suddenly the sun came out (true story), and we took a 2015 Sentra out for a test drive. That was on a Sunday, I didn't leave a deposit because we only went to look. I told David if that car is for me it would be there when I returned with my deposit. Thankfully it was there and a week later I now own a Nissan Sentra and never once haggled with the price. Amanda was excellent with explaining the extended warranty and other add-ons. When it was time to pick up the vehicle all I had to do was sign on a few dotted lines and smile for the camera. I've bought 4 new vehicles and this was my 3rd used vehicle purchased in my lifetime and this was actually the smoothest transaction in the history of all my previous experiences.
