Specifically, Dave Reyes-Guerra walked us through the whole process, the features of the cars, honest pros and cons and most importantly saving the most money during this purchase. At no time was there any pressure to buy and even Mr. Bennett came by to thank us for being there and considering cars at his dealership. Matt and Sue were also great from a financing perspective and made the process quick but informative. Look forward to working with this team again in the future. More

Excellent Experience I just had the pleasure of purchasing my 3rd, third, Nissan Pathfinder from Bruce Bennett Nissan. Back in 1996 when I purchased my first Pathfinder I I just had the pleasure of purchasing my 3rd, third, Nissan Pathfinder from Bruce Bennett Nissan. Back in 1996 when I purchased my first Pathfinder I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Robert Furman, Service Manager. At that time the dealership was called "Bob Sharps Nissan." Mr. Furman has advised me for 23 years on maintaining my vehicle. As a result with my first Pathfinder, I drove for 15 years and put on 267,000. I traded in for another Pathfinder in 2011 and accumulated 120,000 miles on that car. On July 24, I purchased my 3rd. Pathfinder. This was accomplished with the help of Mr. Norbert Rivera, Senior Sales Consultant,. This gentleman advised me on my vehicle of interest and helped me select from the many other fine cars at Bruce Bennett Nissan. ""That was difficult. All excellent vehicles. Mr. Rivera introduced me to Mr. Jason Reis, Business Manager. I appreciate his advice, and we sealed the deal. I was guided to Ms. Susan Demecs who helped me close the deal. Dealer misrepresents car asking prices on website My wife and I drove over 2.5 hours to look at a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Nissan Maxima SL to her totaled car. We met with salesperson Brandon who to My wife and I drove over 2.5 hours to look at a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Nissan Maxima SL to her totaled car. We met with salesperson Brandon who to compare financials on paper. Dealer added a whopping $1,499 certify fee to the asking price as well as a $499 window etching fee and $91 wheels locks. Any vehicle advertised as Certified Pre Owned with a price stated should already have a certification fee included in the asking price. Fees such as taxes, dmv fees, etc are understandable, but not hidden fees that are then added to the asking price. My wife's previous vehicle was a Certifed Pre Owned Infiniti and there were no such hidden fees when we purchased that vehicle. This is the biggest example of false advertising and misrepresentation I have ever experienced. Let's also mention that this alleged Certified vehicle had cigarette burns all over the interior, a smoke stained headliner, a dislodged speaker grill on the dash, and an engine shield that was heavily damaged. This is not what you would come to expect from a Certified Pre Owned.. When we inquired with the salesperson about these fees, the response was "Well, how would we get someone to come in and look at this vehicle for the higher price?". So, he was basically saying that they should be dishonest and misrepresent the price of the car to get a prospective customer to come in to the dealership. Anyone considering a car should do themselves a favor and shop elsewhere. This dealer does not know good customer service and is unethical and dishonest. More

I emailed Amie and told her what I was looking for and within two days, was informed that the car was there and I could pick it up at my convenience. No pushy sales tactics, no hidden costs, just exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Friendly people, great follow up, and a convenient service department. This team is awesome and I can't recommend them strongly enough. More
