I was even able to purchase an extended warranty to take it up to 100,000 miles. Matt made me laugh when sat down to run the numbers because they were totally reasonable and fair compared to KBB.com. Overcharged fees and don't put any credit card cash down I went to this dealership and negotiated an excellent price of $15000 on a used 2018 Hyundai. When the paperwork came back after leaving a good faith I went to this dealership and negotiated an excellent price of $15000 on a used 2018 Hyundai. When the paperwork came back after leaving a good faith deposit of $500 on my credit card to keep the deal going. To my surprise there was $3000.00 in add on fees, plus $1400.00 in taxes and that I did understand. This made the car cost $19400.00. These fees were $90 for locking lug nuts (why ?) and $1460 for something to do with the life of the loan insurance. $499 for some kind of bull crap dealership add-on and also a $699 fee for something else. I told the salesman that I did not need all these add on's and just wanted to buy the car at the negotiated price. They turned me down. To add insult to injury, it's been 8 days since I requested a deposit refund against my credit card, why it wasn't given that night, I do not understand, and when I called the dealership, I was told it would be put through in 3 more days. I went to buy a car in good faith; and I call this action a slap in the face. I have since purchased a used vehicle from an excellent car dealership, who has treated me above and beyond. More
Seth Robinson, Trinity and Matt from Finance are THE BEST Man, I don't even know where to begin! Seth Robinson is sales was the absolute best. I searched many dealerships in person and over the phone and NO O Man, I don't even know where to begin! Seth Robinson is sales was the absolute best. I searched many dealerships in person and over the phone and NO ONE was quite like Seth. He was the gold standard when it came to professionalism, charisma, assistance, accommodations and just overall a great person. If it is possible, I would have gotten ten cars from Seth just because of how enjoyable he made the process. He was also extremely thorough with all parts of the car leasing process from beginning to end. There is literally no one else myself and my wife would rather do business with than Seth. Getting a car is supposed to be a fun time and he made it even more enjoyable than we could have imagined. Trinity from the dealership was amazing with communication from beginning to end and facilitating the deal/communications - it was impressive/comfortable approach on her part! We also had the pleasure to work with Matt from the Finance department. This dude was as cool as a cucumber and one of the most honest guys you can meet in the industry - just like Seth was. Bruce Bennett Nissan is lucky to have employees like Seth Robinson on their showroom floor and Matt working the lines in Finance.
