Never have I never felt any pressure and everyone has been very pleasant. I spent 40 years in sales and always put myself in the position of my clients. I do not like pressure (which is exactly what I experienced at another Nissan dealership in CT) which led me to walk out empty-handed and drive to BBN where I leased a new Rogue that same afternoon. I highly recommend BBN to anyone who would like to turn the process of buying a car a positive experience. I met Ferdous on a Monday and my immediate impression was that she was kind and personable. We talked about what type of vehicle I was looking for and exchanged pleasantries (family, etc). I shared that my friends call me TR and in her followup text she called me TR. I went back two days later. She did not ask me how my granddaughters were doing; she asked me how Quinn and Lucy were doing. This scored big points with me. I told her that during my sales career I did not carry a hammer in my back pocket but built relationships with my clients who eventually became friends and business followed quite nicely. As we got further along in the buying process I learned that not only was she kind and personable but also professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She was very good at explaining the features and benefits of the car and while driving the new car home I took pleasure in knowing that I had just made a great decision. When I leased my last Rogue it was Mark Fracker who also guided me through a pressure and hassle free process. (this was right after I had walked out of a competitive Nissan Dealership in CT who will go nameless). I was glad to see that Frack is now a member of your management team. I have also had excellent experiences with your service department over the years, The reason I first came to BBN from Newtown was because my good friend Alan Hubbard was heading up the service dept (God rest his soul)! I leased this car prior to the Corona Virus so that was not an issue.
