Internet Find I found the Yukon on Carsgurus and reached out. I received a response in less that 12 hours from Sam. She promised to let me know if someone was interested because it would take a few days for me to get to the dealership. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jeff who helped us with the car. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. Jason was very helpful with the negotiating process and was reasonable. We worked with Matthew on financing and he was fast, detailed oriented, and personable. He verified the licensing with another colleague, just to makes sure we would be fine transferring the plates. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, patient, and honest. They worked hard to let us go home with the car on the same day. The detailing was quick, so that would be my only suggestion of improvement. The car could have used some extra detailing attention, but that is minor in the scope of what was accomplished. I will definitely go back to this dealership for another car when the time comes and I hope to work with Jeff again! Thank you!! More
