Not a single salesperson available to help us for more than 30 minutes. Only to be told the car we made an appointment for was sold in the last hour. What upset me the most was how INCONSIDERATE the deale than 30 minutes. Only to be told the car we made an appointment for was sold in the last hour. What upset me the most was how INCONSIDERATE the dealership was...no EMPATHY that the car was sold or any real attempt to show us an alternative. The manager made the receptionist walk us outside to see another Sentra that was trashed, dent in the hood with dirt and food crumbs all over the interior. Over an hour now at the dealership and no sales person to ask questions or request to see something else... Complete waste of our time, and handled very poorly. If this is how I'm treated the day I was going to spend thousands of my hard earned cash, how would I be treated in the future?! More

It was a pretty busy day but Brandon Matos in sales was truly amazing! He was working with me and another customer at the same time and went out of his way to step away an check in to let me know what was going on and what the next step will be - he was truly compassionate, empathetic and professional. Matthew Manuele in the Finance Department is also Amazing he took his time to get me the best payment and loan plus he explained everything thoroughly! This was my second time working with Matthew and he makes purchasing a car especially the finance portion of it super easy. The most important thing I can say about this dealer is there is never any pressure or tricky sales tactics that I have experienced in other Dealers.
