Could have been catastrophic I paid $99.99 for an oil change package that included tire rotations. When I picked my vehicle up, I drove off the lot to feel and hear horrible shak I paid $99.99 for an oil change package that included tire rotations. When I picked my vehicle up, I drove off the lot to feel and hear horrible shaking in my front end. I took the vehicle back to the dealership to find that the lug nuts had not been tightened. This could have been catastrophic had I gotten on the highway. Not only were my lug nuts not tightened, but the oil change warning light was not reset and I had no sticker advising of the next oil change. Ultimately, they insisted that the oil change was done and tightened the lug nuts but all I received for my time and money was a "Sorry". More

The repeated mode of operation seems to be charging me for unnecessary work. In this case my Jeep wouldn’t start. Thought it was the battery. Went in. Service guy said it will be $80 to run a diagnostic then if it’s the battery I pay the battery charge. I didn’t know why they couldn’t just put a battery tester on it to check first. I called Battery Warehouse and they do that free of charge. So I said no to the diagnostic and then they went out wit a tester to check it. It turned out it was the battery as I thought and no charge to check. The cost for the battery was in line with other shops so I have no issue with that and the sales guy was super nice. My issue is what seems to happen often. They try to perform some kind of service that isn’t really necessary and charge an arm and a leg to do it. I like the people there and it is convenient. The service itself is great. I just wish I could trust what they tell me and not have to shop around. Trust goes along way. More
