Long waits My wife brought our car in for an oil change, she was sent a notification that the car was taken back at 2:02 and didn’t end up leaving the shop until My wife brought our car in for an oil change, she was sent a notification that the car was taken back at 2:02 and didn’t end up leaving the shop until 3:00. My wife watched them pull the car to the door of the service center around 2:30, which she didn’t understand why it took them almost half an hour to do paperwork. This is the SECOND time we have been stuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time. More
