Both Christian and his sales manager reached out to me and helped me to find the car I wanted. During the test drive, Christian was very easy to talk to and down to earth, which made me more excited about getting a car. He was thorough when reviewing all the car features to me and answered all my questions. He mentioned cool facts about the car that I didn't even know about, which was also a bonus. Plus it was good to hear him explain about the family history of Brubaker Chrysler Jeep as this helped establish more trust with the dealership, where as I did not get that with other dealerships in the past.
